Simon has been at the heart of the technical develop of rich media ad technology for 20 years. He helped build Tangozebra to be the biggest platform in Europe before it was sold to Google/Doubleclick. Along the way, he was responsible for the development of a number of formats still in use today.
More recently, he’s done the whole thing all over again in the programmatic world. As CTO of Scoota, he’s developed a market-leading rich media end-to-end programmatic platform that incorporates creative toolkit, distribution and optimisation, detailed analytics and best-in-breed brand safety. Scoota have incorporated Out-Of-Home supply into their platform and are working hard to push the boundaries of the platform.
